6 Day Challenge To Get You Thinking About Your Vision Board

As we welcome the launch to Get Inspo + the New Year – we’ve created a 6 day challenge where we will encourage you each day to think about a different part of your life that will reflect your vision board for 2020. You can join the challenge by creating a board on your own or by purchasing the tools you need to create one from our shop. Once you create your board or if you have already created one, share your New Year’s resolution + tag us @getinspo.co to be entered into a raffle to win a Self-Care Planner + Motto of the Day Card Set. Winner will be announced December 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.

Before you begin reflecting, it is very important that you set time apart each day to allow for conversation with yourself. I encourage you to write it all out, be truthful, and be willing to put in the work. Challenge yourself and push yourself.

Lets get this started! Each day ask yourself the questions to each topic.

Day 1: Fitness: Does my diet match my training? Am I consistent? Is my fitness goal realistic? Am I finding time? What 3 habits do I need to break? What 2 habits should I keep? Do i Say no to unhealthy foods? Who can be my accountability partner? What's my why?

Day 2: Money: What was the last money mistake I made + why did I make it? What can I realistically do to improve my income level? where do i want to be one year from now financially? How much can I save this month? What 3 subscriptions can I cancel? What 2 things can I buy less of?

Day 3: Mindset: What can I learn from this experience? Whatever it is I am struggling with right now. What can I do to advance my skills to be successful at accomplishing my goals? Who can I ask for help? What would I be if I am not now? Did I work as hard as I could have? If I know that I can learn from my mistakes, why am I afraid to fail? What 2 things am I putting off that I've been wanting to do?

Day 4: Relationships: Am I holding onto someone from the past that I can’t let go of?  Does this relationship bring out the best in me? Does this relationship add value to my life? Do I add value to theirs? How do I handle conflict? How can I improve my relationship(s)? Do we encourage each other?

Day 5: Career: What are my talents + strengths? What is my personality? What would people I know well say I am good at? What do I really enjoy doing? Again and again. What do I need to do to achieve my ideal? Who do I need to speak to? What resources do I need?

Day 6: Self-care: What 2 activities bring me joy? What can I do more of to help others + earth? What am I grateful for? What negative thoughts about who I am, am I holding onto? What 2 things make me happy? Do I say yes when I should say no? What goals do I want to have accomplished 1 year from now? 5 years from now
